Izzy's Custom Cages-Omni Projects
The following projects were all for an SCCA ITB Dodge Omni built by St. Louis Region racer Mike Glassburner. The Omni is wicked fast and is the ITB Record Holder at Gateway International Raceway. The header was built to improve on aspects of two other popular headers for the Omni, one of which is no longer in production. The cage updates and engine stay rod were improvements added before the 2006 AARC.

The previous headers had issues with cracking. These headers were made out of thicker material as well as welded on the head side and brazed on the back side for support and larger weld area.
The doorbars were updated to take advantage of the new IT rules for the pass. side along with a mirror bar on the drivers side.
